ORDERING IS QUICK, EASY & SECURE USING OUR ONLINE SHOPPING CART.

For your convenience, we allow you to register on our website so the next time you place an order with us, all you have to do is login to your account. This also allows you to check on your order status, and order history. If you do not wish to register, simply click on the "Checkout as a guest" link.

How Sezzle Works *Minimum order of $50.00 required to pay use Sezzle.

PROCESSING TIME & SHIPPING INFORMATION:

All items are made to order. Please allow up to 7 business days for your entire order to be processed and shipped.

This time frame does not include shipping times. Shipping times will vary depending on destination. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information with estimated delivery time.

Shipping Information:

We currently ship within the USA only.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on items ordered and destination.

Depending on what you order you may have multiple shipments/multiple tracking numbers. Items may ship at different times, since some items are processed faster than others. 

Apparel items are all shipped together, in a standard poly bag. Mugs are shipped by themselves in a cardboard box that’s made specifically for shipping mugs, and bracelets and decals are shipped separately in a mailer.

SALES TAX:
All North Carolina residents will be charged applicable sales tax at checkout. Currently, combined sales tax rates in North Carolina range from 4.75 percent to 7.5 percent, depending on your location.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY:

All products are made to order. Due to the nature of this, we can not accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective.

We cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once the items are produced.

Items that have been used/washed are non refundable.

If your items are misprinted, materially flawed, or defective in any way, please contact us at info@unfilteredgear.com within 7 days from receipt of merchandise and we will be happy to arrange for a return, reprint, or credit. Please provide your order number with all correspondence.

ADDRESS VERIFICATION:
It is solely the customers' responsibility to supply a correct address. Even slight errors, such as an incorrect zip code or apartment number, may delay or prevent timely delivery. Please contact us immediately if an incorrect address was given and we will do our best to correct the matter. If your order has already been shipped, we are not liable or responsible for any issues that may arise such as misplacement, theft, or delay. ORDER CHANGES CANNOT BE MADE ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED AND SHIPPED.

TRACKING INFORMATION:
All processed orders will have applicable tracking links emailed to the email address used on the order. Please allow 2-3 days for tracking details to populate on the tracking website. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. If the tracking number shows that the item has been delivered, we ask that you contact your local mail service office about the delivery.

PRIVACY POLICY:
We at Unfiltered Gear have the utmost respect for our customers' privacy. In no way will we violate this philosophy. We will not release any information gathered about our customers. Any information that we gather from our customers will be compiled anonymously and used solely for our statistical purposes. The statistical information we gather from our customers will be used to help us enhance the shopping experience for our customers.
